If you have received a “Request for Evidence” from a Symantec Support Representative with associated credentials, please use the Username, Password, and instructions that were provided to login and upload the requested data.

If you have not received a “Request for Evidence” but you have a case you wish to upload supporting evidence files for, you can do this by logging in to https://mysymantec.com and accessing the case, and uploading the files from there.

If you have been redirected to this site from https://upload.bluecoat.com this is expected. Uploads for all Enterprise Symantec products are now performed from this site, or via https://mysymantec.com
